Porsche Service & Repair in Madison, MS

A Porsche is engineered to a higher standard than almost anything else on the road — and it expects a service shop that operates at the same level. The IMS bearing on early M96 / M97 911s, the PDK mechatronic in modern cars, the air-cooled flat-six in the 964 and 993, and the high-performance dampers on PASM-equipped chassis all demand specialized knowledge. Madison Motor Werks is equipped with PIWIS diagnostic and programming software, the correct OEM Porsche A40 oils, and ASE-certified technicians who handle 911, 718 Cayman, Boxster, Cayenne, Macan, and Panamera with the care these cars deserve. Madison, Gluckstadt, and Ridgeland Porsche owners have been trusting us for routine service, PDK transmission work, IMS retrofits, and full mechanical rebuilds since 2010 — backed by our 3-Year / 36,000-Mile nationwide warranty.

Porsche Service FAQs

M96 and M97 engines (1999 to 2008) can fail at the IMS bearing. We inspect oil filter contents, measure for play, and recommend a retrofit when warranted. For higher-mileage cars or those approaching the failure window, an IMS Solution or LN Engineering retrofit is genuinely worth it.
Despite "lifetime" marketing, we recommend PDK fluid and filter service every 40,000 to 60,000 miles. PDK fluid degrades from heat, and fresh fluid keeps shifts crisp and protects the mechatronic unit. Especially important in Mississippi heat.
Yes — Cayenne and Panamera air suspension and PASM are regular service items for us. We diagnose air leaks, ride-height sensor faults, and PASM damper failures with PIWIS, then replace with OEM components.
Absolutely. GT3 and GT4 service intervals are tighter and the fluids are different — we follow Porsche Motorsport guidelines for track-driven cars. We also service modified and ECU-tuned Porsches.
We are set up to service the Taycan and Porsche hybrid models, including high-voltage system inspection, brake service (regenerative + friction), and the routine items hybrids and EVs still need.
